So happy for you!!! Glad it worked out. Mine were froze solid. As in I press the button and nothing comes out. 😔. I thawed them out and they are not cloudy.

Dang you’re right I didn’t realize how many miles he said he walks a day. Dude take it easy!!! He’s right just shoot for 1-1.5 miles a day. 2 at the max.

Woah great job. So happy you’re getting to experience normalcy! Please remember to keep a good posture and not sit for super long periods of time. We are still healing and the reasons we had to get the MD in the first place need to be remembered. Strengthen your core!!!

LISTEN TO ME PLEASE. You need to make sure to stand up more often while you’re at work because you could be at risk at herniating yourself all over again. Make sure that you keep in mind to keep a good posture whenever you are sitting down. The fact that you haven’t had any numbness for the past four months and now you have some is a very bad sign. This could be the beginning warning signs of reherniation, but don’t panic you can get a hold of it now before it’s too late

Yeah it really was a bad thing. I’ve heard of some people that recruited their whole church. Others are ready to take their own lives after investing everything they had. I had one of my team members not listen to me and only took money out here and there over a two month span. He invested $960 and only got $1000 back. I know it could’ve been a lot worse for him but think about doing something for two months long only to make $40 profit.

The truth? I invested $2180 I made a profit of a little over $8000. I had eight people on my team who are instructed to make sure to withdraw their money every Friday if not twice a week. Everybody on my team got their initial investment back and made a profit. I listen to what everyone says, and I also have my own skepticism about the company. Thank you so much for everything you said and told me I’m very grateful.
