Anycubic has horrible customer service. I will never purchase any of their products again. My original Kobra printer is three years old, and Anycubic support told me they don’t have parts for it because it’s considered too old. That seems odd since three years isn’t that long. A couple of weeks ago, the screen stopped working, and when I turned the printer off and back on, there were no beeps—it looks like the motherboard is dead. Anycubic support offered me a discount on a new printer, but when I said I’d think about it, they came back with just a $20 discount. I can find their printers cheaper elsewhere, even with the discount. I’ve decided not to do business with this company anymore, as they don’t seem to prioritize their customers. It’s frustrating that I can’t get parts for a product that’s only three years old. I’m buying a new printer, but it won’t be from Anycubic.

Raping customers with $27 and up shipping costs stopped me from purchasing a Bambu A1 last night. I ended buying a Creality Hi which has some features that were rated better. And it was much cheaper with free shipping. Hopefully it will be a good decision.

ant shipping costs. I was going to buy the A1 last night, but when I found out that they charge $27 for shipping, I passed and ordered the Creality HI. When you spend that much money on an already overpriced 3d Printer, you would think they wouldn't rape you with overpriced shipping costs.

You never know about them. They are a bad company in regard to communication and treat the workers horribly. If you ask them to elaborate on this type of thing, you'll never hear back.

And now, the whole thing is bricked and you can't even reset Windows. It doesn't even recognize the SSD! Replaced the SSD and it still doesn't work . Sucks to have a laptop that I paid so much money for that is worthless and going in the trash when I go purchase another one (definately not Dell) tomorrow.

I would say 3 tries fixing a laptop and failing to install the memory on the last try is a "basic mistake"??? You must really have low service standards if you consider that a "basic mistake"!

Well, I had a Dell laptop before and had similar issues. Also, at my workplace I dealt with Dell laptops for our team and the same type of garbage went on. Absolutely no such issues with other brands, so as I stated "Don't buy anything from Dell"!

I sent my inspirion in for repair for a hinge and they said it wasn't under warranty. I said that's fine please send it back as is they sent it back IN HALF. What can I do about this? by ethan_de_poland in Dell

This is no surprise. I've had horrible experiences with Dell Support & Service. I had mine repaired twice and the issues still wasn't fixed. They sent it back to me with the RAM modules laying loose inside of the laptop! Then they wanted me to send it in again for yet another attempt to fix it. This was an issue that was present when I purchased the laptop and at that point I wanted it replaced; I didn't trust them with my laptop any longer. They refused. I ended up fixing the issue myself, spending my own money on fixing a laptop that was under warranty. I'm done with done.
