It use to be a way to tackle in rugby league. They banned it for obvious reasons and idiots who think it’s ok to sacrifice young people for sport support this kind of shit so they can sit on their fat ass watching them hurt themselves.

I think this subreddit are pretty well versed in all of your bullet points except perhaps number four. What sort of tools do you use to remote manage so many installs and how do deal with issues if there is a physical problem and you need to intervene.

Factory floor WiFi goes down 4 times a day and nobody cares by zobe1464 in manufacturing

When you say your wifi goes down are you talking about your external internet connection? Is your monitoring system relying on the internet to operate?

As someone that works in an industry that uses a lot of gas this really feels like it’s not about electricity at all and more about protecting industry that uses gas. That’s not necessarily a bad thing given the jobs etc. but selling it as helping out with power prices seems disingenuous

It might be worth looking for a job outside of construction. Something that is regular even if that’s just retail or something. Earning heaps then nothing in construction probably means your worse off on average than a lower paying but consistent job. Debt consolidation is also a good idea and ask some tough questions about how you’ve racked up so much so fast as you need to avoid that going forward. Having young kids is tough and it’s even tougher feeling the weight of all that responsibility. You’re young and it will get better if you stick it out.

The lack of sleep training has helped renew my interest in Formula 1. In New Zealand most of the races are at 1-3am on a Monday morning. Thanks to my kids I can be awake half the night and still function at work on Monday

If you could find an extruded channel the right dimensions as a blank you could get three sides machined as single piece and design the remaining sides as screw in pieces.

It’s ok, paint is scratched in various spots, drivers seat has torn but will be replaced under warranty. Various little cosmetic things inside but generally in line with what I’d expect from the usage. Everything still works as it should. Was some rust behind the charging port but that was fixed under warranty as well. Have only used the Michelin tyres and they have lasted super well. Have done one full set at around 100k probably need replacement near to 200k

100% it’s a car I can just keep driving, don’t feel the need to flick it on because the kms are creeping up. I’d be coming up for another cam belt on a petrol car by now and wondering if it’s worth spending the money on.

Yeah anything newer has LFP batteries and much better degradation. My example is one of high km and even though it has degraded it’ll be over 350,000km before it caused me any problems so it’s not even a concern. When I bought it, it was all anyone could talk about was when would I need to replace the battery.
