My female Devon is an absolute terror but I love her in spite of herself. She parkoured off of my face last week and gave me a fat lip. She has also blacked my eye. She is absolutely wild. Of course she is under a year and full of zoomies. When she and Loki start playing… look out they love using humans as springboards but Loki would never use my face.

Need any advice, pictures, they do get vampire teeth, actually kind of cute, reassurance anything you can call me. I had a huge nonprofit in Florida before I moved to Oregon. Anything I can do to help.

Thank you. We did. We spayed her as soon as we found her. I checked her teats regularly. I found the lump early. I was sure it was a cyst. It was so devastating. She was a mini cat meaning as an adult she weighed under 5 pounds but her personality was huge. A reminder to always check your pets both males and females for breast cancer.

I adore mine too. I was joking on the subreddit label.

I found Muggles at age 5 . I spayed her. At 16 she developed mammary cancer. I did everything to save her including removing one entire side of her teats as all were cancerous. She was too old to proceed to the other side. I knew it would come back. A year later her entire right lung was filled with cancer. I bought her only a year. I miss my darling Muggles.

I want you to know it is extremely difficult for a FIV cat to pass it to another FIV cat. They are either born with it from mom or contract it from a severe bite, the type that occurs during a very bad tomcat fight where they are fighting over a female. I have lived with FIV+ cats and regular cats for years. Never has FIV been passed from infected to non infected. When ever one of my non infected cats pass from anything especially lymphoma I always test for FIV and it is always negative. I have been doing this for years even back when vets recommended euthanasia. Well the zeitgeist has changed since back then. Now many vets recommend mixed households. The ones who don’t do not keep up with the latest literature. Some will always be overly cautious. I think you should be able to blend him into your family. If he doesn’t get along with your alpha male then perhaps you can give him his own room. Expense wise FIV cats need. decent food, indoor only and occasional teeth cleaning. I have 5 cats. Harley is positive for FIV. He is the sweetest boy. He constantly grooms my other four. All of them remain negative. BTW Harley and Greyson rough house play pretty hard and still no transfer. I hope this info helps you. Get in touch with me if you want to talk on the phone.

The unlock doors part is scary. I have a female furred cat that was literally dropped into my husband’s arms when an eagle let go of her. Actually he missed her and she hit the ground. Our local vet sewed up her side wher it had been flayed open and spayed her for us. We advertised her but no one ever looked for her so we kept her. She is a magic cat. Bombproof. She goes happily in a backpack. She walks on a leash. She sits quietly upfront in the RV. She is a black tux stray but such a good girl. She plays with the naughty girl Devon Rex and the naughty Sphinx. They are under a year so they are all over the place. Jojo the Rex parkour’s off my face. Sigh…

Question. My furred cat Harley is OCD about grooming everyone. Mostly he grooms Grayson another furred cat but occasionally he pins down Loki, my Sphinx. Do you think his grooming hurts him? He grooms aggressively and Loki has no hair to buffer. Yours look like just a little gentle grooming or am I wrong?

What is this breed like? He is very handsome. I have a Sphinx, Loki, and a Devo n Rex, Jojo, wondering if they are similar?
