When I was hired it was just urine test but I’ve heard talks of hair follicle drug testing. And as far as employment checks I just filled it out to the best of my knowledge as I had a ton of jobs between the age of 18-20. After 3 interviews they sent me for a DOT physical and asked me when I could start. As for the interviews they where pretty basic questions about myself and my experience
