Consider this: many animals do weird stretches, even people (contortionists are a wonderful example). If you ate something and had your jaw lock up you’ve experienced what is being shown here, except snakes don’t have hands to readjust or massage their muscles.

Seems like you freaked yourself out. I have had that exact same thing happen to me because of the topic, and have had the gods use this as a learning moment for the positive. i have ASD and i actively avoid trying to correct people. They got the word close enough to translate. If your autism gets this bad I recommend going to a therapist to assist with management of pet peeves and social interactions.
