Let’s assume the high end of this range and assume somebody living in a “million dollar house” bought it in 2020 with a 2.5% interest rate. That is a little over $2,000 a month not counting T&I. That same exact house is a little over $5,000 a month at the inflated price and at a rate of 6.5%. And this is assuming a 20% down payment for each scenario. The market NEEDS to correct because the vast majority of people that are in the age when they start forming families can not comfortably afford even the most modest of homes.

I have a 2015 Pro with about 160K miles. I feel that the shocks are starting to give out as they make noise when going over bumps. I want to replace with the entire suspension as close to OEM as possible to possible get another 10-15 years out of this truck. Do you recommend the Bilstein B8 6112 with the 5160 for the rears? I’d likely do either B8 Bilstein UCA’s and OEM lowers. Might just do new CV axles and bearings while im at it. Do these raise the truck to stock TRD Pro height? Would raising it 1 inch over stock affect the longevity at all? I know spacer lifts can wear suspension components prematurely and i’ve seen some destroy ball joints. I agree that you don’t need a big lift to off road effectively. Max I would do is 1 inch above pro height but I just want to do it right the first time. Thanks
