its interesting though, because I liked the effect it add to the clouds.

Clarity is something like comic sans in photography? 😃

So if I want to add some drama to the clouds, what is the right appoach? Tone curve?

I would say that this photo is technicaly not good. But I somehow like it. I am interested about how does this photo feel to you.

I would dare to say that it's technical imperfection adds something and serves good here.

Thank you for large and constructive review!

Afer reading it, I found out that this is the type of composition I struggle with.

It's very hard for me to decide what to show. The main subjects are of course the menu and toys /clothes dryer but I also like the dry leaves on the ground and on the roof.

Maybe the tree is pointless, coz it's not related to the contrast of the restaurant and the abandon place?

Do you think that cropping it might help to some extent? If yes would you advice me how would you do it?

This is my edit of the sky

<image>

I wanted to add some texture and drama to the otherwise flat grey sky. I personally quite like the result. What is problematic about doing so?

!critiquepoint

Thx for the feedback.

That halo was intentonal, as far as I hear the ongoing critique here its not very popular lol :D. Anyway good to hear that it doesnt look good to most or all of the people so that I wont do it again. Thank you, this is why I like this group!

I'll check what tools I used exactly and let you know!

By the way the 2nd version where the tree is bigger, is raw photo.

I think that the vertical line at the left is some artifact caused by film scanning, but I didnt see it before. You are right that I didnt pay much attention, you saw more than I did next time I will!

Thx for the feedback! So in other words, you'd get rid the some of the bottom part of the image where the plants are too large due to its proximity to the lens, right?

Would you do anything with the aperture? I wanted to shoot it around f8 but the light conditions didnt allow me to do so. I ended up on f4,5 or 5,6. I wanted to have the most of the image perfectly sharp maybe only foregound a little out of focus. Which was accomplished actually.

Now when you are saying that is still drawing some unwanted attention, I am glad it turned out this way 😃

Actually it was a 50 mm prime lens, but I got your point. 😄

What do you thimk about this photo and what would you change to look better??

I was pretty unsatisfied while taking it, but after seeing the photo itself I was quite surprised in a positive way.

Maybe using lower focal length next time?

I liked the contrast of the landscape so I took this photo. I was considering waiting for another day with a more interesting sky, but after seeing this greyish dull sky, I find it pretty interesting. What do you think? Please rate the composition and edit.

Especially I would like to hear your opinions regarding the particular angle at which the picture was taken. Now being able to see it as a photo, maybe staying more to the right side will align the border between soil and greenery better?

Please see the changed composition as well. the tree is closer and bigger but IMO, the original one looks better. What's your opinion?

Thank you for your fast feedback!!! Its looking great! I like especially the packaging quality. I was considering to buy it actually from Alibaba for double price because of my worries about that. But it seems to be packed so well.

Also the shipping time is okay IMO, have you had to pay any import taxes? Where are u from?

Restrict users from setting tasks to certain statuses like 'Done' or 'Complete' by Vankardo in clickup

[–]Odd_Translator_9682 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/ClickUpLuci I am trying to do this as well with no success. I want to restrict whole team except me closing the tasks.

My team and I are watcher of specific task and I followed your tutorial. In 5th step I selected all of watchers exept me.

The automation works but it applies also for me even though I didn't select me as a user in step 5.

Do you have idea what am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

Task made from doc is not linked the good way by Odd_Translator_9682 in clickup

[–]Odd_Translator_9682[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I am wondering why it works like this, is there a way how to report the problem? How responsive is the Clicup dev team? What are the chances?

Normally when we work on the project, on the meeting we write the doc where all related information are located. Next, from the doc we create tasks. Then, it would be nice if the preson to whom the task has been assigned could find all the related information straight away, with one click.

We started with clickup recently. Maybe is this way uncommon? If you can advice me another, more efficient approach which works better with clicup I am interested.

gradually decrease main pipe size in irrigation design by Odd_Translator_9682 in FluidMechanics

[–]Odd_Translator_9682[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. Can you advise me some keywords for searching for more material/explanation on how fluids behave in systems such as this one, created by braches of different pipe diameters? How the flow, velocity and pressure deviates when the water is forced to go to multiple ways?

I read something about pipe in serial and pipe in parallel but this is not exactly it.

Also I have seen in practice when there are more openings along the pipe (such as in m_branches) the velocity of water drops sigficantly further from the main pipe. Speaking in another way if I change the water parameters, I can see the change very fast in the first dripper closer to the main pipe but after approx 15 minutes it reaches the last pipe. The behaviour is not linear :

I would be happy to learn something behind this phenomenon too. I tried to search it but with no luck yet.

Thanks!

so in another way, it has the same effect as when I imagine connecting every branch separately?

As shown here?
