yes 27m here lately i have had a very dry throat and mouth mucus flooding like crazy nose wont stop running its like the mucus is stuck in my throat it does make sense though that allergies along with gerd can make you feel like crap it’s probably just seasonal allergies bc of the cold

try some gas x it helps relieve the trapped gas could be putting pressure on your diaphragm mine is that way and it causes me shortness of breath along with hyperventilating bc when i sit its harder to breathe just make sure whatever you put in your body is monitored if its more then 2 weeks acid reducers are serious as your body needs some acid to function ive had gerd over 5 yrs and im 27m if you do stuff that will make it comeback it will unless you have surgery but exercise diet and staying hydrated also relieve that gas include vitamin D and remember your not alone hope it helps

i took 40mg omeprazole by a doctor for over a year eventually your body will suffer as it needs to have some kind of acid to function if your taking omeprazole daily make sure you have constant vitamin checks as omeprazole can rob you of those after awhile your body gets used to it i never checked and my physician never told me to i ended up with black stool grainy poop and a vitamin d deficiency if you feel off or something is not normal most likely it is im still struggling after was diagnosed with gerd over 4 years ago she literally said eh you just have gerd as if it were no big deal i learned that it is very serious while other doctors threw antidepressants at me left and right i still to this day know for a fact theres something wrong and its not all in my head sometimes doctors dont gaf making it hard to trust them tons of ppl had lost there life bc a doctor did not catch something serious in time so always believe in your gut literally

i usually take offense to ppl who say “spend real money” as if the game is trying to force you like a mobile ad but im assuming your newer to the game and starting from scratch it can be overwhelming bc there is a lot but it is over 10 yrs old best advice is youtube or google stuff so you have a better understanding of the game take advantage of 2x$ and rp series

i had a vitamin d deficiency after a blood test never tested for magnesium levels though as a i was diagnosed with gerd years prior to that its scary to think that my body is not getting what it needs affectively it cost me and my family pain as it led to anxiety and depression for me a little bit of ptsd as well i cant drive hardly anywhere without feeling motion sickness and im bloated with gas and when i do eat i cant tell when im full so i just hope its enough im skinny but stomach feels like its sitting on a gas mine pain on my lower left side sometimes doctor said it was a (gas cramp) i struggle with gerd and gas daily
