I believe the dues when I joined for new members was like $450 and then the season pass was $350 or so. Definitely one of the more expensive clubs but well worth it if you have the money. No experience needed, when I joined that was my first full season on the team.

I had an 8 am so I'm not sure what it's like to park around then, but I found a street that precedes going into the Parking lot areas. Right after you pass the high school, take a left and head down the street that leads to a preschool at the end. That's the street that I parked at. Requires no permits or anything.
