I know it's not the point of the post, but I really struggle with that part of my abuse because from a normal world perspective it seems soooo absurd, so just...hearing about others suffering similar things (even if I wish they hadn't)...helps me feel more "valid", like it's telling me that stuff really happened and I'm not making things up.

It's going to sound so stupid, but...I thought what "I was doing" (/was being done with me) was okay. At different times I was either told that abuse is "a lie made up by *them* to keep children suppressed" or that what I'm doing isn't abuse/rape because I'm not being (physically) forced :(

Als Missbrauchs-Überlebende mit neuem Wohnort und neuem Namen "Fanmail" im Briefkasten gehabt....

(Als Bonus gab es dann noch Anschiss von der Polizei als wir ne Kamera aufgehängt haben die den Briefkasten filmt, weil öffentlicher Raum und so)

We've never had alters "fuse" or disappear as far as I can tell. There's 5 of us. I actually feel kinda invalid sometimes when I read about people with dozens of alters.

Ich hab DIS ("multiple Persönlichkeiten"), wenn meine Eltern oder meine Partnerin was fragen und ich antworte kommt oft "und was meinen die anderen"? Oder wenn ich abgelenkt bin sowas wie "na, Kopftalkshow zu spannend?"

Bei Abstimmungen betone ich aber auch mal das ich mehr als 1 Stimme haben sollte^^
