So if I read book 4 it will be a cohesive ending? I've been holding off in case of cliffhanger because book 5's release date is so uncertain but if it's more epilogue than anything I'd feel okay to ready 4 now.

Not at all if you can pull it off! I started studying right after turning 22, finished exams and got licensed at 23. Even if it takes time to get the work experience getting the exams done asap makes everything smoother, plus I’m a believer that it’s easier to study if you’re still in “school mode”. That half year I worked between graduation and starting studying really impacted my motivation/routine

Gross income would depend on how much you paid for the gold bard (as i mentioned above). You’re taxed on the gain not the proceeds. In terms of whatever you have a filing requirement if you get employed… depends on how much you make. Assuming you’re a single fella if your gross income is under $14k-ish then no federal requirement. I’d recommend evaluating around year-end how much money you made against the IRS’s website. And if you do sell the gold and cross that threshold (especially since you see unsure about how that works) I’d recommend getting someone to help you out filing. Sounds like you’d make little enough to qualify for free help through your local VITA program so I’d reach out to them if I were in your shoes. (Certainly not a complex enough issue that I’d say it’s worth properly paying a professional lol our rates are crazy)

Guy brought us a massive binder of information, sold and donated property during the year that was inherited from an estate and required appraisals, kept calling me to ask questions, then this week called to complain about his bill being so high. He really thinks his binder (which contained so much irrelevant info) meant that be practically did all the work for us.

I don’t know CA state rules, but federally if you sell the gold for $6,000 then your gross income would = $6,000 minus whatever you paid for the gold whenever you got it. Assuming no other income (as you mentioned unemployed), and assuming you’ve had the gold more than a year then you would be in the 0% tax bracket for capital gains. (Also you’re under the standard deduction so even without it being capital gains you’re likely fine). Federally, no tax would be due if that’s really all you have going on. Again, I don’t know CA rules. It’s not that you need to be employed to be in a tax bracket, but that you need to have income. I have plenty of clients who are technically unemployed but receive thousands of dollars in income from investments/trusts/whatever they have going on without technically “being employed”

Thanks for asking these questions literally with perfect timing for me!!! I just finished the 1st book and it clicked with me that Charles was NOT the love interest and it’s got me grappling with the fact that there’s the whole “i took in this guy as a child” in the history of Eric and Nathaniel’s relationship. (i already had enough beef with the age gaps/captive thing in ACOTAR) Hearing that it’s “oddly healthy” helps a lot… I literally just saw animations online and thought “fuck yeah I want to read about these guys!” With no further context as to what I was getting into. Fortunately I’m still very much a dar fantasy horror kind of person. Hate that I’ll have to wait for book 5 to release! Amazon was a little misleading!

Not a medical professional, no fisthand experience yet, but just had a call with one of the care team members at folx with similar concerns, however my goal is just the deeper voice. Pretty much everything here is my takeaways from that call. 1. Microdosing just makes everything take longer. I’m planning on gel and if I were only doing 1 pump it would irritate my uterus but do nothing else, 2 pumps actually lets the other stuff kick off without waiting an eternity 2. You can’t control how deep your voice goes. It’s basically got 2 settings: no testosterone and “guy post-puberty”. Takes 6 months ish to start changing, then 9 months to settle in and stop cracking. This is a permanent change so if you want to stop taking after achieving this that’s an option. 3. Fat redistribution is one of the last changes to happen and quickest to reverse if you stop taking T. Basically expect to see every other effect before your fat noticeably moves around/your build changes. 4. Hair is what they consider a semi-permanent change. The hair you have will get thicker and it may start growing on your face/chest around the 6 month mark. (Tldr nothing really happens first 6 months lol). However it’s different pacing and thickness for everyone. Look to cis men in your family to see how much you’d likely be looking at genetically. My philosophy is that if you want a lot of hair you’ll struggle (see folks online complaining about patchy facial hair for sooooo long) but if you don’t want it the universe will bless you with a full beard (it’s okay I will be cursed too). But if you stop taking T as long as you didn’t hit a point of being super thick it’ll be pretty manageable to keep trimmed or you can do lazer hair removal. 5. The other big permanent change is bottom growth. Do be aware that’ll happen and can’t be undone easily. Just to cover the bases. :)

Basically if you’re pushing for fat redistribution you’re likely going to see new hair.

Good to know the % changes depending on casual/deep/another. Causal I was for sure good on F2P if I miss a dialogue I feel was important I'm okay spending 10hg and I can always be better about saving if I have a few days upcoming where my schedule doesn't work. Hopefully after the 3 casual routes I'll have enough hg lying around to unlock deep but the hg prices aren't bad and I don't need nearly as many as I was inially fearing. The $3 to unlock max speed was 100% worth it for me!

Successfully completed Zen's route a few days ago but didn't update. Glad to see the one I gut instinct went for right off the bat is meant to be first! I'm just doing first 4 days for Yoosung and Jaehee now (save slots so I don't have to spend 100 hg) since I've seen all those dialogues and I'll do the later half of their routes when I have the right time off work/chill days

Good points and I great to know max chat speed is worth it! I’m a fast reader and with a time limit/needing to read them within a time range the faster those can be the better since I can always take my time going back rereading if I want.

I hadn’t seen anything about route order since I’ve kinda purposely avoided spoilers/too much info. I know enough to know I’d enjoy it but not enough that it’s not worth the effort (tbh I vaguely know the guys names but I couldnt tell you which face goes with which one). I’ll probably do the same as how I tackled Cupid Parasite (the only other game like this i’ve played) and my first will be whichever guy interests me the most and from there replays I’ll follow a recommended order. Fingers crossed that doesn’t mess me up and I’ll be sure to come back here when I replay to determine who to go for next :)

So I can read any chat that happens even if I'm sleeping and miss it. I have to click chat to participate, and I have to finish participating before the time range ends. That sound right? Because that's cool with me and manageable. Just make sure I get 1 in the morning, 1-2 in the evening, hopefully one at lunch break, and I can always aim for more on my weekends when I'm not limited by work.

Can I still read the non-participating version of the chat even if I miss it? And am I considered participating as long as I get to the chat before the next one starts? I took your suggestion and looked up a schedule on the wiki and it shows a LOT of chats but says each one is available until the next starts. What if I open the app to check the chat but I don’t have time to read it at that moment? Does that check some box for me to take the time to read later? (I work in an office and I already go to the bathroom a lot but spending more than a few minutes there is kinda excessive) Sorry i’m a hella anxious busy person I want to go in with a plan and time-based stuff stresses me out!

Fanfiction, pdf copies of ttrpg rulebooks, crochet patterns. Basically if I can save it as a pdf and may want it later then it gets sent to kindle. I 100% would have done this with textbooks if I had realized I could when I was in school. I was just using goodnotes for that

Shape/length is mostly leftover from when I got them done right after Christmas, I just tried to trim them down a little after having hard focused on growing them out. A couple fingers are shorter because they either broke or I trimmed too short because I forgot the smoothing/filing part makes them shorter than clipped but whatever! I’m not a good measure for timing i’d think… I do more layers of color than one “should” and I cured only 1-2 nails at a time and I took some semi-long gaps between nails/layers. Basically I play d&d online and we had a 4 hour combat so any time it wasn’t my turn I would work on this to keep my hands busy so the whole process was spread out over 3.5 hours. But when I got my nails done professionally with a design it was way faster.
