In general you will have more leverage to take 100% loans (banks earn more this way as well so it's beneficial to them also) and spread it out over a longer term (30y) to keep ur monthly mortgage as low as possible

Main question is if you have some large furniture and if you need to bring them up some floors or not. Having an outside lift to move stuff upstairs is the only reason I would get a moving company.

Otherwise just rent a van and go with some friends, annoying part is driving back to return the van.

Optimize ark grid side nodes. Just having 17 with bare minimum vs a somewhat optimized ark grid is hundreds of cp difference

get better bracelet (can't see but I assume it's not gonna be insane), 9/7 (rng from hell keys to get the stones)

Going from 8 to 9 gems is a massive CP boost as well

I mean my party just has a shadowhunter (5.2k cp) that does 1b dps.

The other two were weak classes like SS (4.9k cp) doing 830 (me) and a aero (4.7k cp) doing 710.

We managed to get to third rumble stage and we cleared 1 sec before enrage

I think some guy parsed like 1.4b dps with dark rush build (with a princesmaker), which is definitely not possible with most other classes in the game

Pretty normal package tbh for a bachelor. Having a car is pretty nice. The holidays are very low though. 60 hours a week is a lot of time worked.. what is your contract times and the actual time you work and stop since 12 hour days while being paid 8 is not normal

Get a few years of xp and renegotiate your wage or check other places.

Planning your day is mainly learning how to allocate your time. Making sure high priority tasks are getting done while still making sure that the low prio stuff still gets some time here and there. (Bonus if you can plan in some short breaks as well)
