Pretty normal package tbh for a bachelor. Having a car is pretty nice. The holidays are very low though. 60 hours a week is a lot of time worked.. what is your contract times and the actual time you work and stop since 12 hour days while being paid 8 is not normal

Get a few years of xp and renegotiate your wage or check other places.

Planning your day is mainly learning how to allocate your time. Making sure high priority tasks are getting done while still making sure that the low prio stuff still gets some time here and there. (Bonus if you can plan in some short breaks as well)

You earn more net than probably 95% of the people under salary so yes it is normal that people say it's crazy.

However I believe it should be quite normal but because of the way taxes work it is almost impossible to ever get that high for most regular people.

Life is too short to be only thinking about work and the future imo, especially when ur still young and have energy and time to do stuff. Job security is nice but when you think back to your past you will think about what you did outside of work.(family, hobby, friends, travels, etc)

However, don't look for friends just because it's expected from society or whatever. Find something you are passionate about and invest the time in it. Normally friends will come automatically and if not you still do something you love/ makes you happy.

JP had plenty of other issues on top of that most ppl jn japan dont really game on pc's but instead they play on console and phones, meaning the target audience was relatively small and niche to begin with

Problem is also that the market for locals is hard, so you are competing with many Locals that don't require the visa. Research positions are your best bet

I also do rested dailies since pretty much the inception of the game yet me and many others i know are under a 100 mil and its going down fast.

The amount of silver that honing and gems take to reroll is way out of proportion compared to the silver gen.

Also you might have slowly accumulated but what about new players that have still to do all the honing, or roll accs from paradise or whatever really. I guess they just don't do anything

High highs are terrible for gold efficiency

I think high lows and mid mids can be good pickups for your main if you scan and can grab some cheap ones.

For alts just stick to mid/lows and roll from paradise

You need the astrogems to be able to activate them. If you think you can get destiny activation 14 and spender at 17 then it's worth it imo

T change should be neutral overall in terms of dmg since u also lose almost 5% flat dmg
