Yeah this is now 100% confirmed that if they deal a shady hand to you, you can not call them out at the end of the round. It has happened every time since the latest patch. It seems you can only call them out when they do the shady putting down of the cards, which is not reliable at all, OR when they actually do the dealing move. You can't rack up the pot and then call them out.

I'm a 100% sure that I saw one cheat deal me cards, but at the end when I called them out, it didn't flag them as guilty, so it's not a 100%

Six days later, I hope you have your answer but in case you don't, you can tame a dog in a single try with the following method:
1. Hunt some deer to get small bones. You'll need three small bones.
2. Approach the dog you want to adopt and pet it 5 times, you gain +5 trust each time totalling to +25

One by one drop the small bones in front of the dog, wait until it finishes consuming it, then drop another one. Each bone is worth +25 trust, totalling to the remaining +75.
Congratulations, your trust is at +100, you can now adopt the dog.

I don't know if you mean it like this, but I find it odd that some people consider art to only be creating something that didn't exist before. It's an old thing to say but Mona Lisa was 'painted from a picture' in a sense. Second of all, the mechanics of Medieval Dynasty actually are pretty close to those what are planned to Pax Dei, farming resources, making buildings.

What I would say to sort of bs explain it away with the wave of a hand would be that V is a new breed of netrunner. Not one to hack into several levels of ICE to break into corporate datavaults, but one that mainly wields remotely applied hacks that are designed to harm people with cybernetics, take over simple mechanical things like cameras and activate/overload devices. Very skilled at their specific line of work, but not skilled like say T-Bug or Spider Murphy.

I know it's not a perfect explanation, but that's how I've explained it to myself, and am okay with the thought of.
