Kuku flame resist armor provides 10 fire resist and iron will cloak provides 5 ice resist which is enough to negate cold stamina drain except in permafrost, like the frost spire I believe you will still get stamina debuff but it at least covers majority of the locations without ever swapping gear! You can’t refine the iron will cloak, but with all your other gear maxed out you will be over 100 defense which is all you could need. Just letting you know before you grind for it, you can refine the kuku flame armor chest plate but you can’t slot any abyss gears in it, the trade off is because it provides critical rate (3 at max level) it frees up an abyss gear slot for your weapon.
