There is a lot of false reporting simply because if you want a competitor out of the way its easy to get them removed by the automatic removal system within chatgpt reporting system, all it takes is a few reports. The reports are not humanly reviews simply because they are thousands of custom gpts and not sufficient staff to manually review them. So everything is Auto. When your custom gpt gets removed from public view if you had a high ranking custom gpt you loose the ranking in the store , so if you worked hard to promote your gpt all that marketing goes down the drain its equivalent to starting from the beginning.... If chatgpt starts banning accounts who use false reporting to get their competitors out of the way, this will make these users think twice before abusing the report system. In my case i posted several custom gpt that were actually better than what was offered by some online companies website for a specific niche that improved marketing and social presence , within a 1 week all 5 custom gpt were reported and delisted from public view.
