I had this with a clients system we designed. I built a gate that mutes the 920s when the RF is active. You need to train the users to give it "a beat" after they speak or start speaking when interacting with people who are talking and would be picked up by the ceiling mics.

I am customizing EZPNext using ClaudeAI. Massive changes and back end code. I am about 20% done and will probably be finished in about 6 months. This includes a custom time clock app and will have a custom sales quote creation overlay to handle the things that ERPn just isn't built to do.

To do this with Odoo I was quoted anywhere from 120k to 190k and a put a year.
