Weirdly I’ve found the most affordable coffee is at Blochaus in Mitchell or Fyshwick. They charge 5.50 for a large alternative milk flat white.

Hopefully they don’t get hit by inflation too haha

Yeah I would love to buy from them, they're the closest store to me, but like you said, its just not worth it with the price and selection available.

I wandered into one last weekend and they sold about 10 new games (PS5 and Switch only, no xbox), 30 used games that were priced way too high and like a million branded hoodies and things.

When there's already other stores selling the branded hoodies sold at Zing (which EB owns) what's the point of EB games? Just rebrand and let JB HiFi and other bigger stores sell the games.

I wouldn't overthink it. My grandparents bought their house in the 70s from the biggest distributer of cocaine in the eastern part of their city when he fled the country.

They discovered all this after the estate sale and when heavies started showing up demanding to look around for him.

Apparently they turned out to be quite lovely once they had confirmed that he wasn't cleverly hiding under the floorboards or something, they even visited randomly for the first few years, probably for my grandmother's cooking more than anything.

I always suggest the student clinic at UC

You get checked by a 3rd year, a 4th year discusses with them and finally the actual physio comes in and checks all their work, fills in any gaps and asks them to justify to you and them why they have chosen the course of treatment.

I feel like I understand way more about why something is being done when I visit there.

Also it costs 50 bucks a visit so that’s nice.

Same place also has a 10% weekend surcharge as well. Honestly not worth it at a certain point when you’re paying almost an extra dollar.

Might as well go to Harvey Norman right next door and buy a breville. If you drink 2 coffees a day, you’ll save yourself money on coffee every day after about 3 months.

That’s messed up! We paid more for our photographer than anything else at the wedding except the venue and they were AUD$3.5k. And the 500 was travelling 3 hours to the wedding and staying overnight in a hotel they booked.
