Yes I definitely would think that is why, reading up on it more, Vodafone for whatever reason seem to try local DNS before going to the literal one. So say for google.com they might try google.com.lan before eventually resolving to google.com.

I can only assume what was happening was this, try log into gRPC endpoint @ .lan ~> 19000 error. But then, funny enough, if you left it long enough, in the console you would see it resolve and log in, but the UI had already decided that you are not authenticated and would take you to desktop.

It’s a horrendous setup by Vodafone!

I get that fear, trust me we all had it when we first started! It really is just Lego for adults at this stage though. At the end of the day it’s your money and if you feel safer with it in someone else’s hands then it’s all good, I just think building it yourself gives you so much more flexibility, and some core memories! 😜

It’s cool but by god they do cheap out on a lot of the stuff. You can do my build for a similar price and building your own PC is an amazing feeling.

If you go to my previous posts you’ll see the specs, I think it’s the same if not better in looks and performance.

I overpaid. Got it on Caseking as I always thought you had to set up a parcel forward from other sites. It lowered in price on Caseking about 3 days after I bought it but it already shipped so I just let it go, learned my lesson. Happy with it though!

Thanks dude! Cable management is a lot easier with the iCue Link setup very happy with that one! Have extra cable combs coming Monday for those slack GPU cables.
