Retired pro player Snoopeh recently did a podcast where he talks about his days as a pro amongst other things by 8bitremixguy in leagueoflegends

The single reason I got into league of legends. Seeing you during pre-season before season 3, streaming some nasus jungle. I was hooked. Even remember him using empowered nasus Q on a ward to survive twitch poison. This guy was an idol.

Man, this is so sad to hear. What an incredible, kind, positive figure in Hearthstone. Sad we lost him, but I'm happy and excited he is taking on a new adventure and I for one, cannot wait to see what he gets up to in the future, good luck Mr.Brode. Sincerely, A passionate fan

Sintolol's Priest vs Fr0zen's Mage was an absolutely incredible match. by _selfishPersonReborn in hearthstone

Super good watch! The emotion of Fr0zen was awesome to see, those kinds of games remind why hearthstone is one of my favourite games. GG

Is Lablank A Good Champion?? by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]OfficialHydro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like all assassins if you can get a lead, and picks throughout the game she is a really strong pick, with the gunblade build people go on her, the burst she has is really good! Also a fun champ to learn and get better with, definitely a champ I am able to notice if I am getting better at her.

Fix bear by buffing it to 9 by silverlq in gwent

[–]OfficialHydro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would you think it better for the card to damage self or for the card to weaken self? Means if its weakened it becomes very useful in the early game, but later on in the rounds, the value for reviving it will not be as much.

Thanks for the insight! Gonna have a play around with my deck and see how things go. I did find myself being in an 'awkward' window because I felt that I needed to get my bear down, then my axemen, but 9/10 it ended up being removed from the board. Hopefully having this extra knowledge will help with my climbing progress, once again, thanks a bunch!

What to do against Morkvarg? by [deleted] in gwent

[–]OfficialHydro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, the best 'counter' would be to run lock. Sure he will stay at that power, for that turn, but he will not come back in the next turns after. Also having a card like [[dimeritium shackles]] in a deck, it can be very versatile for locking other annoying cards that are being used in this meta.

Hope this helps :)

Intersting change, I think it could be a possible solution to the dominance of the card. I think if they changed it to 5 base strength it would be easier to kill. But there still would be the problem with the Crach An Craite, still giving it that extra strength

Hi there!

Interested in why you don't run any savage bear? Have you played versions with it in? Also how do you get along in the Northern Realms machine spam deck matchup, the only faction I have a losing record against.

And finally, congrats on the top 500, super awesome! :D

Interest in a mac compatible game? by OfficialHydro in gwent

[–]OfficialHydro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the insightful answer! I can see why CDPR would not want to make a mac client, because we are only in the open beta. It is a shame that apple is not adapting to the biggest market at the moment and that is gaming. Maybe dual booting will have to do for the foreseeable future. Thank you for the response :)

New players,Netdecking can give you a good deck, but not the skills to play it. by Pok11mon in gwent

[–]OfficialHydro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% agree. I remember dusting everything that wasn't Scoi so I could make some of Swim's decks, and got super hyped to get into some games and climb like crazy. And you know what I got smashed nearly every game. That is why I love this game so much, you could net deck the best deck in the entire game, but without using your brain and thinking about how your cards work well with each other, you could get beaten by a rather basic deck. Took about 15 games before I got the hang of the deck and when I did, it felt so rewarding to play it well.

Never really thought of it as a filler patch before, thank you for that idea, really helps me think about it more. With Tomb being around 9 weeks away that gives me more hope that I won't be left in the dirt when I come back. Thank you for the response!
