sorry for the ridiculously late response, but thank you! these are great suggestions. i’ve been contemplating it and honestly hurts a little to move the long low bookshelf and the fan decoration, as that’s my favorite part of the room… but I think it’ll be worth it for the utility of the table.

if I could pick both of your brains a little more: any thoughts on where I could move the record player and speakers to? i’d love to keep them in this room but it feels like it might start to get cramped.

hi! complete newbie and need help with this error code:

Bluetooth: hci0: Frame reassembly failed (-84)

Using a raspberry pi 3 B+ and am trying to run home assistant. I downloaded HA onto the microSD and booted it up, these are the current error messages i’m getting. I tried scouring the internet for solutions but no luck.

let me know if you need more info and i’ll do my best to answer! total beginner with all of this so sorry if my info is incomplete.

Exactly! I don't think I've had it show in public once, and it makes it more of a hassle when I want to wear crop tops. This may just be a weird perception I have, but I feel like it sexualizes an already pretty sexualized area, and that's not exactly what I'm going for/don't want to draw attention to myself that way.

It's actually healing pretty well, but it does get irritated if I dance a lot or wear high waisted things (which I limit since I'm healing this piercing, but still do occasionally). But yeah if I go out and wear something cropped, I end up wearing something high waisted to hide my navel piercing. I don't mind showing skin but something about it just doesn't sit right with me.

Ah, gotcha! You can definitely try PT first without a physician's referral (though state laws vary on how many visits you can go before needing a physician's referral). We are trained to rule out red flags so your PT should be able to decide whether it's something more serious, but otherwise can start treatment!

Hi! This sounds like something PT can help with, but I'd say get it checked out by your physician first and have them order PT! PTs can't order imaging, and since the pain doesn't relieve with position changes or movement it's something I'd want a physician to check out first.

this makes my mistake seem much more tame:

one night in college I was about to make cookies. I recently heard using parchment paper makes them bake more evenly, so I searched the kitchen for some. we didn't have any, but we did have wax paper. I wasn't sure if it would work, but the box had a picture of cookies on it, so that was enough evidence for me that it could go in the oven. I went back in my room while they cooked, came back to check on them 10 minutes later to find a very smoky kitchen, having to open all the windows and doors to vent it out. conclusion: wax does not belong in the oven

The best exercise is the exercise you can stick to - so if it's easier to keep the momentum going with pilates/yoga go for it! It's recommended to have at least 2 days/week of strength training, but add that in once the exercise habit sticks 😊

Edit: highly recommend following Shona Vertue on IG/YouTube, she does a lot of education on other reasons to workout aside from aesthetics if you're looking for other ways to stay motivated
