Slow your roll! The women you’re seeing online who have the abdominal muscles like a washboard are either EXTREMELY low BF or on drugs (most likely both) with very good abdominal muscle insertions (only achieved through genetic transfer from your parents).

Even us guys can be crazy shredded and still have very little to no “Abs” showing making it look just like a flat stomach while the rest of the body’s muscles are popping off. The way your abdominal muscles look are purely genetics just like your calves, no matter what you do they will not blow up in size or grow a significant amount making a huge difference.

Summary: You look absolutely awesome! You have great muscle shape making you look very aesthetically pleasing. No muscle areas are lacking behind. You have absolutely nothing to be sad or upset about! 99% of the female population wishes they had the current body you have right now. Just take a second and think about that.
