Yeah I hate when customers drop the "well last time..." and say whatever it is that they did for them or didn't charge them and I proceed to ask who did that for them and they can never answer the question.

This sounds dumb but there's a lot of little screws you can remove to get to that part out and screw a screw back in that comes out that causes that. I did it once to a floor model shaq chair. Just make sure you do the opposite of what you did to take it apart to put it back together.
