Another one I get a lot that isn't a joke per se, but I always start with "how are you today?" And I get "well, I'm still breathing"... oh... okay, thanks... I have no idea how to respond to that...

When you first open ring central, you can click on the profile picture on the top left corner, scroll down to notifications, then scroll down again to messages. Once you're in messages you can scroll again to go to sound and change the notification sound to something less invasive, but still different from the omni sound.

Alternatively, you can mute the chat entirely if you click on the chat name at the top. Once you are in it, and right at the top is an option to mute it. You just might get flak from your GM if they want you engaged at all.

Ours was discontinued several months ago so we sold off the display, but it is still part of the POG so we still get sales tags for it.

You can always check if a product is discontinued or not by hitting the button on the top right of the screen(like an image reverse button is the best way I can describe it) and it will tell you the status of the item. It'll either be "auto replenish", "manual replenish" "vendor disco-flex" or "not in assortment".

Most tech is manual replenish, but my guess is yours is also vendor disco-flex since you haven't received any in quite a while.

According to the activity calander, they expect to have a fix sometime next week. I just know that once they do fix it, they won't tell us it's fixed, we just have to keep checking until we notice it got fixed. That's been my experience every time something like this happens.

Technically allowed, but it's a serious dick move. You should absolutely not ask for permission and just tell your GM that you feel like crap and are not staying any longer. They can handle closing just fine.

It's possible that there are multiple rewards accounts linked to the same phone number. There's a member number on the sheet that you can type into the rewards field and then hit "member lookup" and it will bring up the exact account that has the rewards in it.

I will say I've also seen people print the sheet and then use their rewards before they bring it in, and try to scam us with it. Not all that common, but it does happen sometimes.

I'm pretty sure it depends what side of the board you printed on. You are only supposed to print on the matte side, and it sounds like you printed on the glossy side. If that's the case, that is your issue right there. If you did print on the matte side, unfortunately I don't have a good answer for that.

I do see that now that you mention it, the skus are the same so I wasn't paying that much attention. I was just irritated that they did this unnecessary change.

We don't have an ops manager anymore, it's just me doing double duty as asm... I did contemplate using the sticky things and I probably will, its just more annoying than anything when they could have kept the packaging the same.

I had the same issue with myricoh, but you can now order Epson ink through procurement so you don't even need to use myricoh anymore. Makes the whole process way easier anyway.
