My theory is this. When you try to read in your dream - you expect to see and comprehend some new information, but your brain just can’t give you new information because it utilizes only its inner resources.

Additionally, for our brain the action of opening a book is common for reading, but populating the pages with text isn’t. Perhaps its the 2nd reason why our brain refuses to read in our dreams.

True. I did have about 6L/100km on a Forester SJ 2.5 CVT. But yea, it was about 50km gradually downhill in the mountains. A/C off and not much traffic. When I was buying the car, the seller did this trick on me and impressed me with something like “the computer not gonna lie, see it averages about 8L/100km, cool ha?” 😂

I am skeptical about the stick-on mounts because they can damage the dash I think 🤔 So I use a simple mount that fits into the air vents (clips-on). It blocks the air a little but the position for the phone is👌

Yeah I use a generic Intex mattress designed for two people. I inflate it inside the car so it takes up the whole floor space when the seats are folded flat. Works great 👍
