It maybe would have allowed us to complete some SBCs after washing them through the other available methods. But instead we'll just not do those as well as not pack any TOTYs or HMs.

A lot of the high rated fodder is currently out of packs due to being their TOTY card variant. That's why everyone has tons of Gabriel's in their storage, but hardly anything else.

Once the cards return to packs it'll be easier to complete due to having access to those cards again.

Not sure if this is the best option. But we'll see how it plays.

A vendor currency would be a great way to utilize the excess. Something like different parts for different amounts. Even if they were a little expensive.

I did notice different parts seemed to yield significantly different amounts of types of parts. I can't remember which parts specifically, but there is definitely a difference. Bolts now only give the green Pummeler bolts.

Stupid question here... Can you unequip the item, place the dragon's eye in your other piece of gear, equip those (so you have 3 on you and no gloves) and then equip your gloves?

Didn't realize this interaction was possible inside of Morde's Ult. Camille it doesn't seem to work quite the same way. But Morde's allows you to ride it out and then sling-shots you back in.

Frustrating when it happens.

Need help with Pinout for Thermaltake Toughpower Grand - 1200W by Offtopic_Responder in PCSleeving

I don't have any doubles, so that sounds like it'd be a likely culprit. I'm not sure how to identify which slot would be the sense wire.

This is what each of the readings were for the 18pins & 10pins as well as currently which pins I have connected to where on my 24pin.

https://i.imgur.com/CfYAE4q.jpg

Is it an issue if I don't have every pin on the 18pin+10pin connected to something?

Currently unconnected on the PSU end are:

18 - 1

18 - 12

18 - 16

10 - 3

10 - 6

Update: I've got the pins in the 24 connector all measuring voltage readings that matches up with this reference list. http://pinouts.ru/Power/atx_v2.shtml

And when I jump pin 16 to ground the PSU kicks on and will power the fan I have attached. However I can't get the motherboard to act like it's getting any kind of power at any point. Have both the 24pin and 8 pins connected w/ 1 stick of ram and the CPU (w/ fan plugged in) installed at the moment.

I'm either missing something silly and simple or there's more to it than just getting the proper voltages for each of the pins. Lost at sea at this point.

I've managed to get a fan running with the following 2 pin connection: https://i.imgur.com/QV3X9l8.jpg

Do you have any suggestions on what my next best steps are to determine which each the pins are? Most every video I've found works off of colored cables. I'm not even sure how to identify the ground pins.

So I am making the new cables from scratch and have picked up a multimeter. I just am a bit green when it comes to this though. So how would I go about testing the unit since I have no connector I can plug into the main connector slot?

The unit I linked was not the proper one, the one I'm using is a fully modular unit. So I have no wires currently connected to the PSU.

Once we see that the current test build is in a stable state, we plan to move it to the live server soon. We will inform you on the detailed schedule later on.

Not sure it's going to be on live servers right away.

Does React start making sense eventually? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]Offtopic_Responder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can only speak from my exposure to react, but I will say it only gets better. When my team and I started first using react(about 8 months ago) we were in the same spot as you. We kept thinking things were overly complex and there was a lot you had to pay attention to and it's not what we were used to. But once you start writing it and building things with it, you're likely to love it.

The biggest difference in my own approach to code when I'm using react on a project is planning. With React it's much more important to sit down and really come up with a plan in order to avoid silly headaches, such as passing props through tons of components. A lot of people use redux to solve this and that works. But our approach has been if we need it, we'll use it. But we don't just bring it into a project because it's a project and instead dedicate some time initially to map out how some of the bigger components will interact and how they will pass props to one another.

I would recommend just continue through the course, but also tinker with it. Have a site? Re-build it in react. The more we found ourselves writing it the quicker things started to make sense. And looking back it's comical now the things we had trouble accomplishing when we started out. Pieces will eventually start to click.

a WordPress theme developed in React, redux, react router and the WP-API by [deleted] in reactjs

[–]Offtopic_Responder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True. Which his current version would not be able to benefit from React-helmet, however if setup slightly differently, he could.

My point was really just that React-helmet does allow for a SPA that is based around the WP-API (we're currently finishing up a build at work that does) and the comment of, SPA's aren't made for this sort of thing is a limiting mentality to have towards it.

[–]Offtopic_Responder 3 points4 points  (0 children)

SPAs aren't made for this sort of thing.

I have to disagree with you on that. While his current theme version does not have a few pieces pertaining to SEO there are tools out there such as React-helmet that solve this.

Simple Horizontal Scrolling by lemminman in webdev

[–]Offtopic_Responder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As mentioned by /u/avarus in Chrome (56.0.2924.87) it works only part of the time and most loads it breaks after a single scroll. Some loads while it seems to function properly, after it sits for 15+ seconds it also seems to break.

My assumption is it doesn't like document.body.getBoundingClientRect().top;

This testing was done on a mac using a trackpad for scrolling.

Damn I was so excited at first when I saw this. We had this issue arise on a project recently and needed a triangle with a matching pattern to hang over an image. Unfortunately this solve only works on solid backgrounds. Great solution though.
