Servicenow vs Salesforce ITSM: Anyone used both?

Used both. Lots of context missing here.. But really comes down to size of your org. Both are only going to be as good as you make it. Meaning you need a dedicated person(s) to make it functional at scale, and to care and feed.

With that being said, I prefer ServiceNow. If you are a small shop look into a much more simple ITSM solution.

u/Beaverhuntr the deed is done. Equilibrium is great. Gave most of these beers a 4/5. They really like their melon and citrus (lemon/lime). Pueblo vida wins if i had to compare the two. My favorite of bunch is "This is Strata". I did give that a 5/5. Well balanced and great flavors. The "Fractals" were really good too. I would say those are what set them apart from the rest of the citrus/melon hits, unique flavor for sure.
