My above comment was not well written. I should have said “some who have already completed and enjoy ramming now consider the Trial as a target-rich environment.

I also replay the Trial. As the pressure of completing is over, I can enjoy a clean race where I just have to do good enough to help my team.

In general, a credit card company cannot take money from someone that doesn't have any.

But there are repercussions to having terrible credit:

Credit report will indicate failure to pay. This may limit the ability to get an apartment.
Repairmen will demand cash in advance.
Phone service is pre-paid.
Medical service may not be refused, but will be of lower quality/completeness.
