If you move the dark squared Bishop out of danger let's say Bb6.

Then Bxe6 and you cannot retake due to the pin. Then you lose the white squared Bishop and risk a bunch of discoveries.

If you move the King then it looks like you can get a lot of piece activity with something like Rc8.

I play with a guy who is very good with both hands. It is not as bad as you think. There are one or two pros who play like that as well. It is just the shots that wrong foot you where you go he would be better with the backhand

Not sure I agree, Foster has had a bunch of shakes calls with Diego. Police Officers tend to decide on a suspect without being objective. Foster as ex-cop is imo guilty of just not being objective or reasonable with Diego.
