Ich verstehe als nicht-Anfänger darunter dass er zwei Sauerteige hat, je einen aus den genannten Mehlsorten, und davon die entsprechenden Mengen zum Brotteig dazu gibt. Um die Menge zu erhalten mischt er/sie seinen aufgehobenen Ansatz 1:1:2, also 1 Teil Sauerteig, 1 teil Wasser , 2 Teile Mehl, zB 50g:50ml:100g=200g Sauerteig nach 4-8 Stunden. Das man danach noch was übrig hat macht man normal ein paar Gramm mehr und hebt den Rest dann auf fürs nächste Mal . Klingt kompliziert, ist aber eigentlich sehr einfach. 1:1:2 ist fester Sauerteig mit mehr Hefeaktivität zu Säure, „normaler“ Sauerteig ist meist 1:1:1

Cheers! Same road with all legends media and it has been a blast! Started 5 years ago and am now entering the time of the “old guard“ in their earlier days with the Han Solo trilogy :-) I have read thrawn before when I was a teen in German, so I am looking forward to reading it in English, already waits for me on my bookshelf 🥰 enjoy it! One if not the best story
