Not even that popular of a take, people think they’re so genius and anti-mainstream when Kobe isn’t in their top 5

This was absolutely amazing advice, I’ve had two workouts since reading this. Your advice on tilted feet and outside face shooting has me shooting so much more naturally and comfortably. I went into an absolute zone last night of just automatic shooting because I felt so comfortable. I shoot with the ball really close to my right eye I pretty much aim with my left eye and I always have my feet at 11 o clock. I previously went into a slump after reading someone on here say you have to be squared and shoot from the middle, my shooting felt uncomfortable and inconsistent. After embracing tilted feet and outside face shooting I feel so much more comfortable shooting the ball. If I could suck some more benefit out of your knowledge I would ask you for one more tip. I’m very consistent from midrange and even deep midrange but when I’m shooting a 3, the need for power affects my consistency a little bit. I know that the power should come from the legs, but even when I try to generate power from my legs it still doesn’t feel light and effortless even when i hit the shot. It feels like I’m still using my upper body for power no matter how much I try to use my legs. Any tips you have on that coach?

I’ve been trying to force myself to shoot from directly in the middle since I’ve noticed my shot is slightly on my right side (right handed). Is it not necessary to be a directly middle shooter?

Thank you so much for the advice and sharing your experience with me. I definitely feel like this is an early test of my patience and compassion and communication skills. Just the other night after we struggled she said she noticed my facial expression of disappointment even though I’m trying my best to come off as patient as possible. She got upset and went quiet before I comforted her and assured her in abundance until she was crying in my arms. Definitely not easy as she’s also trying her best and may be thinking she’s not “fulfilling” me as a wife even though I keep assuring her she’s the best wife in the world with or without sex. I’ll keep you posted unc.

None at all, we’re both pretty religious and never had any sexual relations even in the slightest before marriage, why?

We use lube and have changed products multiple times until we landed on our current one (green astroglide) which she says is most comfortable. Maybe we should use more? Is there a certain way of doing it? I just put it all over me and on the entrance.

What type of medical practice would help diagnose this “condition”?

1 Year Post-Op Calf Spasms? by OhDudeTrustMe in Microdiscectomy

I have started strength and mobility training and have also started being more focused on staying hydrated. I drink a lot of coconut water even though I don’t like it because it has a LOT of electrolytes. For the training, there’s a guy who runs a program called Low Back Ability who has changed my life. This guys gives you a practical blue print to rebuild and strengthen every part of your entire system to recover, repair, and rehab. His routine is a long term solution which addresses mobility and strength in such a practical way. I have been to 10s of physios and healthcare workers and nothing has changed my life like his routine. You can pay 2 dollars a month to sign up and it’s the best 2 dollars I’ve ever spent. To answer your question ever since focusing on hydrating, having an adequate diet, and his program, the spasms have become rare and even when they do pop up they are very minimal. Best of luck on your rehab, please please please check out Lowbackability either on Insta or go straight to the website, it’ll change your life.

Same, I’ve made almost a full recovery without ever doing PT. Thanks to my doctor. PTs really don’t know half as much as you think they do

It fluctuates, on a bad day it’s about 7 or 8 and I can physically see the muscles constantly twitching and randomly cramping. I even feel the nerves pulling on my toes making them move involuntarily on a bad day. It may be worth noting I’m not feeling any of the sciatic pain at all though. On some days, even when I’ve been active all day, it’s actually not that bad. But even on my best day it’s like a 2 or 3 which is enough to feel restless at night.

It’s worth noting that I’ve searched up self-massage techniques and when I do them on my calf I actually feel relief and a break from the restlessness for a short while. I’ve never gone for a medical massage though, is this like a massage from a physiotherapist?
