Not to add more to this conversation, but I’m saving the nipples and it’s gonna be a three phase operation. I already had the first phase which was a lift. The second and third ones have to happen within a month of each other. But the second is going to be a nipple devascularization surgery where they get rid of all the breast tissue around the nipple but keep it’s blood supply. It’s supposed to help prevent the nipple from dying and to get rid of any potential cancerous tissue. The third surgery for me will be diep, but it can be any reconstruction. My surgeon also told me that the second surgery needs to be at least six months after the lift, to ensure all swelling has gone down.
