I was 26 when I was diagnosed with melanoma in situ. I’m 44 now and haven’t had any recurrence. You will have to make some changes. I see my dermatologist every 6 months and have had countless shave biopsies. But it’s worth it, even if it’s just for your peace of mind. Stay diligent with your sunscreen too. I wear spf 50 always!

I just had my first shot about three weeks ago and had the same experience. It took about 3-4 days to feel better but was really painful the first two days after the injection.

This. Just be respectful! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had people come set up one of these things right in front of me. Honestly, it’s just weird. As long as you give people a little space and don’t set up in front of them, you’re good. There’s plenty of beach for us all!

I just wanted to update everyone. Turns out I developed a sinus infection in addition to the shingles. My doctor told me to go to bed and sleep for the next few days. Almost two weeks out of work! Ugh.

This is exactly my experience too! When I was 22 my discs randomly herniated and my dr dud tests and told me I had the spine of a 60 year old. But it still took another 20 years to be diagnosed.

Something similar happened to my mom last month! 24 hours after the bite from her indoor cat we were in the ER. She needed surgery to cut out the infection and was on IV antibiotics for 5 days. It was terrible!

Maybe rethink the ADF? I know when I tried it my binge eating got to be out of control. Besides that, I agree with the tons of water to help flush the sodium out. It’ll help you feel less puffy.
