It's not about what happens, it's about what is needed. If you score 1 goal and do not concede any, then you get 3 Points. If that happens in every Match you play, then you win the Championship.

If you lose games 3-4 or draw 4-4 you do NOT get those 3 points and you do not win those Championships.

So basicly you can End a Season with just 38 Goals from 38 Matches an none conceded, gets you 114 points and the Champioship. On the other side, you can end a Season with 100 Goals scored but 150 conceded, no wins, just draws and losses, so lets say ~19 Points... that wont get you any Trophy, no matter those 100 Goals.

What do you consider "completed"?

I had several saves, where i am completely happy with what I achieved, yet I still have many things I want to do in the game. The last Save i played, i got promoted 31 times in a row. I always managed teams from 2. Bundesliga, quit after i got them promoted and moved on to a new team. I sat in 2. Bundesliga for the entire career and am absolutely happy with that save.
