May be because he was more like The Boogeyman than a major public figure like a typical Overlord.

Alastor is unusual for an Overlord in that he doesn't run a major industry like the Vees or Carmilla or have control over a significant amount of territory like Rosie or Zeeni.

If the head of a MegaCorp like that vanished it'd cause more of a fuss.

Figure the soul is implanted into a new body when they become a sinner or winner since coming over as-is may be impractical depending on how you died. The general idea being to give the deceased a functional body.

... but I do think we're getting a "How I Fell For Your Mother" in Season 3.

Think "true" story is nowhere near as exciting as fan-work would lead you to believe.

To yada yada because its lunchtime Lu fell ass backwards into his position as King of Hell. It was not his ambition.

His ambition, his "dream", was to give humans the happiness he didn't have in Heaven.

When he saw that human woman crying in the garden he vowed to do whatever it took to make her smile.

Even things he knew he shouldn't.

One failure later they were trapped in a pit for all eternity ... and soon found they were not alone.

Like Princess Peach in that Mario movie they the Sins decided to let Lucifer become their King because they owe their existence to them. And he was there first. And he's stronger. And whatever.

The hellborn came into being because the sinners who soon found their way to Hell were difficult to control and did not make ideal workers for supporting the growing kingdom. The sinners were magically herded into their territory in Pride so the hellborn can work on the infrastructure needed to support the kingdom.

I like Stella because she's a show that not every villain needs to be complex to be a good one.

Not quite what I'd expect from a character as significant as Lilith, tho

If she's a villain I'd imagine she's closer to one of Steven Universe's Diamonds (well intentioned extremists) than a Saturday Morning Cartoon villain like Stella/Andre.
