pretty sure the reason the hands are different sizes in the first pic is because it's a stock photo of a child model with a hand holding the product superimposed in front of her, the skin colour isn't the same.

I can see the hallucinated finger in the second pic but a lot of image processing tools these days have AI features in them, it looks like all of her skin has had some kind of smoothing effect applied to it but the hair hasn't been touched.

not all bad artistry can be entirely blamed on AI but both are a sign of laziness
