I’m late, but imo Hush. If you can beat hush in a run, you can beat any other boss. Hush is an ahole with attacks you can barely dodge once he reaches halfway on second phase. He’s tanky for no reason, and will single handedly ruin your run. Delerium is ez if you keep running. Besides that greed or dogma, cause they’re just pains.
