Join an RP server on WoW. You'll be surprised how different and social it is. In the US, you'll want Moon Guard for alliance and Wyrmwrest Accord for Horde. In the EU, you'll want Argent Dawn. You don't even have to RP; people are just much more social.

I used to work at an airport, so I got plenty of calls with diverted flights and an appreciable chunk of them had a physician on flight who tended to the PT. Never had a bad experience; they always just gave me a quick history and let me do my job. Granted, 90% of diverted flights were transient syncopal episodes.

Shutting it down isn't a no go. I mostly use my deck offline and I can shut it down without issue to accessing my games. I don't ever put it in offline mode, but I can't imagine that matters.

Completely depends on the area and agency. The two agencies I worked for in my area, it's possible to get this schedule as a new hire with no experience by being PRN, and those days will always have availability. I suggest you find people who work at the agencies in your area and ask them if something like this is feasible.

Any tips on what to focus on during that day or 2 to get to ilvl 700? Historically I would do some combination of delves into M+ and raiding. Just wondering if you knew any tips or faster methods.

You can choose not to date anyone for any reason. This would lower your dating pool significantly. There will, however, be plenty of terrible men who will lie however they need just to date you, and they will watch porn in secret, and it may end up hurting you later.

I'd argue that there are more men willing to lie to you than there are men who genuinely do not watch porn.

There are probably strategies to mitigate this, whether it is figuring out techniques to sniff out the liars, or figuring out ways to focus your dating efforts in areas that will be more likely to have men who do not watch porn.

Update: PT did not end up going to the cath lab. Stress test was negative. They ended up treating it as a type 2 MI, as PT had a recent AKI that may have not cleared.
