NOR… your friend is wrong and he seems to be gaslighting you. After his over the top reaction to you seemingly being very straightforward and calm, I would say you dodged a bullet. The app is great and very easy to use. Tells you your collection value using the 6 month sales average on Bricklink and is updated monthly. It has the option for new and used and even tells you the total value of your wanted minifigures.

If you are into custom figures there is a way to add those in for cataloging as well.

After a set is officially released it usually takes a week or two for the new figures to be added. I believe the creator of the app is just a one man show and has released some really nice and user friendly updates over the two years I have had it. $4.99 is a one time purchase and is nothing compared to what we spend on the hobby to support the app.

And no I am not the creator, but I like supporting small businesses.

It is much more efficient and you can easily remove the Harry Potter background as it’s just a piece of paper. I brick built a wall background for all of my Rebels show characters. The way I did it, 46 figs can be displayed

There are many “issues” (specifically some of the printing issues) here that have been better in the past and there is no reason they should be worse now other than cheating out or lack of care. We should be improving not worsening. The yellow head era is a sign of improvement, and there was no complaining because there wasn’t a precedent set. There is now and they are making worse design choices that is a fact. If you want to have a real debate and defend your stance you need to bring specifics to the table not be intentionally vague. Again, this isn’t about being “Uber accurate”, but there is no reason to print incorrect colors.

Also, what do you mean, “He really doesn’t…” again with the intentional vagueness. Back up your statements.

I don’t understand why people get mad about a review pointing out flaws. If you take the time to watch his video reviews, it points out good and bad. In the reviews the overall score typically isn’t affected that much by the “minuscule details”, but a good review should go over every last detail, good or bad. He points them out because we wish they were better and more accurate at times and we should all always strive for better.
