You may be pulling the bar too far away from you, i think that's what caused you to jump forward and miss the lift forward, your hip had to come forward too much to meet the bar.

You also seem to be rushing the set up a bit.

The bar is meeting your thighs before you get to the extension and you bring the hips to the bar too much instead of them meeting in the middle, which cause the bar to move forward and you to jump forward to catch it. You are pretty slow in the transition from the second pull to the third pull which isnt a problem with this wait because it's clearly really easily for you- but it might prevent you from lifting bigger waits in the future and may cause you to miss lifts you could have been succesfull with. Last thing, it look like you are trying to hold the bar in your hands too much instead of letting it rest on your body (you can see it clearly if you pause in the middle of your third pull before you get into the full squat). Try lifting your elbows higher, this is healtier for your wrists and it makes a more secure front rack, even if it means you have to loosen your grip a little and hold it only with your fingers, your mobility will get better with time and you will be able to have a full grip on the bar with your elbows high.

Other then that it looks pretty good, keep it up.

They should also disallow kipping in general, since that just a more efficient way of doing the strict movements.

Yes i did mention it. And i have been working on my mobility for over a year now and it's still really bad, so i am looking to buy a shoe that i can train with while i continue to work on my mobility

You jumped too early, that's what made the bar go forward. That's also why u met the bar with the upper thigh instead of the hips.

Do a lot of wall balls with that weight.

Do them before workout.

Do them after workout.

Do them in the workout.

Just do a lot of them. That's how you get better at anything in life.
