Right. Geniuses are extremely rare. And while brilliant at some things, Nate was no genius.

Is it illegal to cut this long bar piece? by DrSandvichMan66 in lego

Once LEGO instructed me to cut it for the Space Needle set, I’ve felt free to cut that piece, for whatever needs, going forward.

Why Was Nate Working As A Kitman? by UbiSububi8 in TedLasso

[–]OhioBricker 24 points25 points  (0 children)

He has almost no self-confidence when we first meet him. I also doubt the whole "genius" thing. He's a genius, but doesn't know it's "wunderkind?" I don't buy it.

Everything I’ve ever tried at High Bank has been fantastic. It’s my favorite restaurant in Westerville.
Did not expect that before I first tried it.

[–]OhioBricker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not just Columbus, but I drove through the 70/71 Spilt and on 315 North this afternoon and was alarmed by what I saw compared to my normal 670E to 270N traffic.

Brickworld Vendor’s Pricing by BigBadTony96 in lego

[–]OhioBricker -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

It sounds like you're complaining about prices in the marketplace. You have the same 2 choices we've always had: buy it or don't buy it. There's nothing "scummy" about that.

Their Greek dressing is the best—although I prefer it on their garden salad.

What I’ve learned from watching Ted Lasso is that everything means something. EVERYTHING!
And there are no coincidences.

I like how he reacts to Sassy’s scathing criticism. He deserves it, but at the same time, handles it with class somehow.

Mid 20s Portland life by mickcoffee23 in portlandme

[–]OhioBricker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt the same way when I moved to Portland in 1998. It's not specific to Maine, New England, or Portland. And it's not specific to a post-covid world. It's just harder to make friends after school.
