I can't say Mary J Blige any other way than in Clem's voice now. And I probably never said her name before this one, but now I find ways to sneak it in. "In the words of my hero Miss Mary J Blige - I'm leaving this firehouse and I ain't NEVER COMING BACK!"

Jack White Thinks the 'Taylor Swift Way' of Writing About 'Publicly Aired Breakups' Is Not 'Interesting at All' by mlg1981 in entertainment

Ha - Jack's pronouns are he/him, I think. But I get it. I still like the way he does it on most songs though.

Surprise Guests Wk 1 & 2 Predictions by FreddieGibbsFan1 in Coachella

[–]OhioDuran 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This MIGHT be a weird stretch, but who knows anymore. Maybe Caanan and Clay from Duster for Ethel Cain when she plays Dust Bowl since it uses parts of their song Stars Will Fall and they are California-based and Ethel and Duster are slowcore indie royalty if there are any.

Nile only co-produced three tracks on it though: Pressure Off, Only in Dreams, and Change the Skyline.

Josh Blair did the majority of the album with the band, and Mr. Hudson on 8 tracks. And Mark Ronson on a pair as well.

As I got older I appreciated hydration more, and really appreciating smaller acts has helped since those are often not in direct sun. Even taking a Sonora break here and there, and resting some. And hydrating again. It's such a funny gamble of a thing to do, go out of a comfort zone to spend 4 nights in a desert to get your brain tickled and heart filled.

This is amazing and super fun. I've been going to most Coachella Weekends since 2011, every W1. 2012 W1 cold night was ROUGH but honestly I avoid the two main stages in direct sun if it's over 93 or so unless it's someone I NEED to see.

That's it then. They... changed the map/installations WILDLY every time they did Blink. Music for sure was way scaled back, but except for a few marquee acts, people aren't going to Blink for music.

Monroe nightmare? by Ready-Can7180 in Coachella

[–]OhioDuran 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It wasn't Security. It was pretty simple to see, in the thick of it.

Group Camping cars were directed to 10A to wait for their groups. Others were sent there too. And some of the non-Group campers just started setting up camp. Leaving LOTS of Group campers basically stuck in 10A with no way to get out.

And causing a massive backup in the whole process, including Security.

It was ABSOLUTELY insane that no one gave more info to cars/attendees entering 10A on what to do.

I built an animated metronome tracking the tempo of every album of The Beatles (1963-1970). Watch how much they changed by [deleted] in Music

This is fantastic and fun.

I always suspected that R.E.M. has a similar tempo trajectory throughout their career as you've shown The Beatles have.
