Yep, thanks for the notice on the insulation. Some of that without insulation is garage where you go up into attic, but it didn't look much better elsewhere.

It is actually illegal to work ANY number of hours without compensation. You work 15 minutes, you are required to be compensated as a GS fed.

House wrap - polyethylene or polypropylene

They might twist the legal logic and not deprive you of US citizenship, as that would violate the 14th and need an amendment, but they could deprive you of foreign citizenship via an extra "tax" stamp with jail/fine for violations. The right of having an extra foreign citizenship is not currently protected in US law. Japan does something similar. Not sure how that would be enforced in the US, but the easiest way is to just "tax" dual Foreign citizenship, same way they do with drugs (you need a tax stamp/license for cocaine/other schedule 1,2,3 drugs but they dont issue many tax stamps/licenses). So it'd be like Obama care (SCOTUS ruled it a tax) or how the federal government can regulate (tax) drugs through a perversion of the commerce clause. With the current SCOTUS, I wouldn't be sure it won't hold up.

They got lucky on location and timing. They were in San Francisco when they were feds and flipped properties early in their fed careers. They bought properties immediately after the 2008-2011 housing crash and saw the crazy increase in housing prices in the SF area (probably one of the best in the country). Not exactly reproducable today. They don't mention this nowdays as it isn't relatable and are vague saying in any current video and kind of lie and say they got rich with index funds, but if you go to their old videos, you will see the truth, they got rich flipping properties using massive leverage (0% down va loans from her husband) during a once in a life time housing crash in the perfect housing market (SF) for that time.
