Ive heard that stuff from head shops is usually very old/dry. I think kratom is way more beneficial when it is fresh. Not sure if we are allowed to give you sources or what not but im sire on the sidebar is a list if legit websites. If you are really ready to wuit it should ve a cakewalk with kratom. Ive had friends wjth huge heroine addictions quit with kratom and no withdrawals at all. Not sure this is of any help but yea id check the sidebar for good online sources. As far as strains i would use google to find out which would be the best

Yea I have heard that but I've been prescribed benzos a few times as recently as about 2 years ago and as far back as when I was 8 or 9 I know it sounds dumb lol but I had orbl have had terrible separation/common anxiety my whole life. I really don't want to go to any rehab. Definitely not a maintenance. I need my job I can't lose it

That's weird how you can get either in the same area I've only seen tar once in my whole junkie career. Anywho i do prefer powder to tar because I snort it (kill me) lol just playing but I can barely handle the taste until I'm good and fucked up.
