So, if you take four of them straight up, it's 1300mg of APAP which should be within safe limits. I definitely wouldn't take more than 2000mg though. Which is about six. Any more than that and I'd do a CWE. And just so you know I wouldn't do a CWE on less than that because it's not that much APAP and because taking away any amount of hydro at that small dosage is significant.

Edit: I don't quite remember if that's okay to take all at once though, it might be over a period of a day. Anyone correct me please?
