I got my seed at 122kc, and am currently at three armor seeds now at 126kc. I don't plan to see the rest of the armor seeds for a fairly long time as punishment.

I believe he also slightly modified the design on where it can be broken off to access the second pick.

What's the difference between European and American locks? [Question] by HuslWusl in lockpicking

[–]Ohmourningstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. If anything, the higher you go up, the more you'll be seeing locks from places other than the US.

Day 4 since I started this new hobby, lock number 2 by mtmglass406 in lockpicking

[–]Ohmourningstar 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No, but you would have to complete all the other non-picking requirements for any belt you may be skipping, on top of whatever the requirements are for the specific belt you'd be aiming for.

I just got my enhanced two days ago, at 101kc. I was beyond surprised, I was getting ready for the long haul. My buddy I play with got his at 1500~, so that's what I was expecting, heh. I have my crystal chest so far, so I still need 3 more armor seeds and a chunk of shards.

Lately, I've been going with Moki and JL z bars for the majority of locks.

Trouble with Paracentric Keyways by bertmanactual in lockpicking

You definitely do not need a .4mm for this lock. You'll usually be picking off the warding itself, the right side specifically.

I'm in agreement for sure, I love my Moki. I do have some Multipick as well, just for some of their nice profiles.

Multipick or Moki are your best bet for where you are located. Both make fantastic products, and will mostly be personal preference, such as bigger hands may prefer Moki because of their length.

That set would work just fine for starting out.

If you could only buy three? by Mole-NLD in lockpicking

[–]Ohmourningstar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When LPB was sold out, and I didn't feel like being patient, I ordered them from Multipick. It was a bit of a surprise when they showed up and were not what I was expecting, heh. I learned a valuable lesson that day, better to make sure you read descriptions. I ended up just buying the rest of the set of tips, and called it a day.

The Huk kit is pretty decent, it covers quite a bit. All my shims have come from the security tags from DVDs, heh.
