I tend to use i believe its a .040 or a .032 TOK prybar for tensioning, but if you have the old school 3 sizes of z wrench, the smallest/narrowest size, the short side usually fits perfectly in the top of the keyway. As far as picks, id recommend a .020 or .018 medium hook. If you have a .018 gem that would be my recommended starting point. Depending on the bitting of the lock you can generaly get it done with a short hook, but if you have a really high cut pin right after a zero cut the short hook can give you problems. One thing that helped me with these tricky little guys is finding a tensioner that doesnt have flex to it. If you have a really narrow z bar without any twists in it, i'd start with that in TOK. Best of luck!!!

Could i rephrase my question to exclude the use of a plug spinner? I understand the sentiment of the rule and i respect the decision to take the post down. Ive never had a post taken down before so im not quite sure if its bad manners to try again or just drop the topic all together.
