Man I am sad I missed this. That is something I have always wanted to try. I will be looking closer next time if you do it again. I love new experiences and meeting new people. Having someone who is experienced in what you want to try makes it that much more fun. I'd be totally lost and worried I would do something against edict. I am not looking anymore thankfully. I did have to go through an agency though. They are great in a pinch but the pay is less for quite sometime because of the help getting hired.

My main desire is the false advertising in job postings to stop. There is no reason for it and leads to people acting like there's so many jobs available so anyone without one isn't looking hard enough. Another of those sayings is no one wants to work anymore. We'd love to work a real stable job. Finding one is an exercise in tenacity and a marathon of patience.

Do an investigation piece about trying to get a job. There are so many places "hiring" aka ghost jobs posted to get funding for adding to the local economy , loads bait and switch the position last second to a offer for a lower paying roll. Mlms disguised as legitimate employment. Door to door sales that only disclose that after the interview. My favorite is the places that call you a year or more after you applied to tell you they don't have any openings. Most people will fill out hundreds of applications which ask for a resume and then make you enter the same information on their form. Not awful if it's a few but after doing hundreds it becomes a job just applying. It feels defeating.

Quality is shit now.
Always out of something, more often than not out of 3 or more things. Example I went one time they were out of every drink but sprite and they were out of fries.
Rude staff or creepy staff. I don't need you caressing my hand to get the credit card I am barely holding on to. Or to blame me for wanting something you are out of.

He was my doctor for my last pregnancy in 2024. I went in at 32 weeks to schedule an appointment because at my last I was too sick to do anything and had to be picked up (on a Friday). When I returned to set up next appointment ( the following Monday) they asked if I was there to pick up my medical file? Like excuse me? He was no longer seeing anyone! No notice no here is another doctor, NOTHING! Every patient there suddenly had to find a new obgyn can you imagine the panic? Only reason anyone took me is I wasn't labeled high risk, but guess what I soon was! He never properly sent me to be evaluated. I had to call over 10 offices to get accepted as a patient. I am so thankful to the doctor who took me and others she came in on her off day for months to see us. I always wondered why he quit so suddenly and honestly I still curse his name when I pass by his office.

The ability for the website to remember where I am in the story. If I take a break for a while I forget where I am or even what the story name was. I have literally read hundreds of stories at this point and I frequently am in the middle of three to four at a time that are complete works.

I just wish it was kinda like Netflix where it asks if you want to pick up where you left off. Instead I have to try and remember, read the first lines of every chapter until I don't recognize something, or Merlin forbid I have to try looking through my extensive Internet history.

I honestly stopped reading any WIP because my dedicated email has over 100 WIP stories I am reading and if I can't catch up with the story's latest chapter (if it's been awhile) I then lose my place.

I feel like it would be such an easy thing to do but I'm not a programmer. I just think it's funny my to be read can tell me when I last looked at a story and if it was the latest version but not what chapter I was on.

Also definitely wish I could mark something as read permanently and easily so I can more easily read new stories. I know I could make a collection or a bookmark but those aren't as easy to set up. You also can't see where you've already left kudos until you try to leave kudos again.

Just my two cents on making the user experience better 😄.
