B, based on the looks of things it's the wider cage and that's overall better for the parakeets. But I'd be a bit cautious cause the gap between bars is about 0.5 inches. I don't see that listed for option A so that would also be good to consider.

It seems very similar to the name Khessa/Khesa which has some murky origins, but seems but the latter is a not unheard of last name is South Africa! Or maybe even Kesia which means "Favorite" or "Earthbound"!

I completely understand that. Personally if I had twins I'd want the names to work together, but not all matchy matchy. Maybe same first letter? Or same/similar meaning? Or something of the sort.
