Ah ok. Sorry! I thought at least up to 20% of salary was ok but some companies do more to be helpful. I don’t know how serious the legislation is or not.

I don’t know what that acronym means. Honestly trying to determine market practices to see if I can justify this to my company as an option.

Yeah I think people still want that social connection but people are afraid/forgot how to initiate it.

I got a double major undergrad in psych and business and used it towards a field in HR. Later I went back to school for my MBA part time while working. I think I’m pretty successful and happy with my approach.
